What is External Latex Screed?
External latex screed is a high-performance, self-levelling compound specially designed for outdoor use. Unlike standard indoor products, external-grade latex screeds are formulated to withstand weather exposure, temperature changes, and heavier foot traffic.
Once mixed and applied the latex solution flows evenly across the surface, filling in imperfections and producing a smooth, even solid base. After curing, it creates a durable level surface ideal for external finishes such as outdoor tiles, resin-bound systems, or slip-resistant coatings.

We start with a full site survey to assess the condition of your existing surface and sub-base. Moisture levels, drainage and exposure to the elements are all considered before selecting the most suitable screed system.
Where required we install primers, sealers, or damp-proof membranes to ensure maximum adhesion and long-term durability.
Application is carried out using laser-guided systems for complete accuracy. On larger areas we use pumped screed technology for fast, even coverage. Most installations allow for light foot traffic within hours, with finishes typically applied the following day.
